    It is added for free with each service. If your dog is too stressed, I may not be able to complete the nail trimming.

  • Comfort Groom

    Includes ears cleaned, wash, blow dry, brush, full body shave and nails clipped for single coat breeds such as Poodles, and Maltese.

  • Deshed (Double/Triple Coats)

    Includes basic bath, dry, and brush with extra conditioner step to loosen undercoat, as well as extra time spent removing coat with dryer and rake brush.

  • Scissor Groom (Double/Triple Coats)

    Includes ears cleaned, wash, blow dry, brush, full body trim and nails clipped for double/triple coat breeds such as Golden Retrievers and Border Collies.

  • Additional Charges

    Matted Coats

    If a dog has a matted coat, an extra charge is added based on how long it takes to brush and/or clip the matting out.

    Mats can be very close to the skin, so I will need to be careful as the area may require delicate handling.

    $10 for every extra 15 minutes

    Behaviour Fee

    If a groom cannot be finished within the allocated time due to a dog’s behaviour, a fee is charged due to the extra handling and time required.

    $10 for every extra 15 minutes of grooming time
