Ellie: "Recently, our Golden Retriever Ellie had her first grooming session with Caitlin and had an exceptional experience. Caitlin was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to Ellie’s needs. Ellie came out looking amazing and seemed to have enjoyed the experience. I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that was taken to ensure Ellie’s comfort and happiness. Ellie was given a good quality shampoo bath and conditioner (for sensitive skin). The de-shedding process took a while however Caitlin was patient and very gentle. Given it was Ellie’s first time getting a blow dry, she was so comfortable with Caitlin showering her with hugs and treats! Extra care taken to clean Ellie’s ears and cotton placed as ear plugs to soften the blow dryer noise. There was no hurry to finish, as the session lasted almost 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend Caitlin to any dog owners looking for a 5-star grooming experience. I can tell she is passionate about dogs and takes pride in her work."

Bella: Caitlin was absolutely amazing with Bella, showing so much love the entire process. Bella loved her straight away and looked so beautiful at the end of her wash and dry! Can’t wait to have her back again 🥰

Darcy and Mocha: Caitlin did such an amazing job at bathing and grooming my little dogs. They’re a bit anxious and a little scared when it comes to water and a blow dry but Caity approached them so gently and had the upmost patience. They both looked wonderful after her services and I can’t thank her enough for her kind demeanour and professional work. Will definitely be a regular !

Marley: "I can't recommend Ollie's Pawfect Dog Grooming enough! I recently had Caitlin come and wash/ groom my four year old Weimaraner, Marley. Marley is typically very anxious and has never liked being washed. Because of this and her size, I've always had difficulties with washing/grooming her myself. Caitlin was incredibly accommodating to Marley's needs and was so patient with her! Marley very quickly warmed to Caitlin and I'd never seen anyone gain Marley's trust so quickly! We will absolutely be using Ollie's on a regular basis!!!"
